By accessing or using the Kartzy Studio website (kartzystudio.com), placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Kartzy Studio Inc is a Florida corporation operating from 424 E Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33483.

2. Products and Services

Kartzy Studio offers ready-made 3D printed products, custom 3D printing services, and bulk/corporate orders. Product descriptions, photos, and specifications are provided in good faith, but slight variations in color, finish, and dimensions may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders are produced specifically for you based on your specifications. By submitting a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use any provided files, designs, or references and are not infringing on third-party intellectual property. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Shipping

Orders ship within 3-5 business days from our Delray Beach studio. Delivery times vary by location. We offer free US shipping on orders over $100. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Kartzy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Kartzy Studio Inc or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kartzy Studio Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Product Safety

Our 3D printed products are decorative items and are not food-safe, medical grade, or intended for use in high-heat environments. Small parts may pose a choking hazard for children under 3. Use as intended.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
